Sadaf Samson
Nominated Supervisor
Equip ELC Werribee Centre is managed by Sadaf Samson. She holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. She brings many years of experience in the childcare industry and has also worked as a trainer and assessor. Her experience working as a trainer helps her to effectively mentor and support her team, ensuring high-quality practice across the centre.
Sadaf is a proud mother of three beautiful children, which gives her a deep understanding of the importance of quality and nurturing care in the early years. She is highly committed to maintaining childcare standards and mandatory reporting requirements, understanding that young children are vulnerable and must be cared with utmost responsibility and carefully.
As a parent herself, Sadaf understands how vital trust and transparency are for families when they leave their children in care. At Equip Werribee, Sadaf and her team are dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and high-quality support to every child, while giving parents confidence that their children are cared responsibly at the childcare centre.
Through a Reggio Emilia–inspired program, the centre supports each child’s individual development, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills that will support them well into the future.
