Rasika Glewis
Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor
Back To Basics ELC is managed by Rasika Glewis. Rasika has been working in the childcare industry for over 8 years. She holds a Diploma of ECEC.
Rasika is a mother to a beautiful son, and she believes in strong family values and building great relationships with the families. She is focused on building strong and trustworthy connections with children, families and educators to create a positive, nurturing, safe and quality learning environment for the children.
Also, with her experience as a trainer she believes that it is vital for the educators upgrade their skills regularly. To support this, she provides mentoring and coaching opportunities to her team.
Rasika believes that every child is unique and brings their own special values. Her goal is to provide a nurturing, caring, and enriching learning environment that respects and supports each child’s individuality. She is passionate about ensuring that every child enjoys a fun, positive, and memorable early learning journey at Back to Basics Early Learning Centre.
