Welcome To Equip Early Learning Centre Tarneit
Equip Elc Hogans Road Tarneit centre has been designed to create a positive and rewarding environment for children to learn, develop, play and form social bonds.
Each children’s room incorporates all the facilities children and educators need to ensure optimal learning and development opportunities and outcomes. Our natural outdoor environment includes vegetable gardens, digging patches and sandpits with the outdoor play areas being divided across children’s age.

Meetu Sharma
Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor
Equip ELC Tarneit is managed by Meetu Sharma. She has over 15 years of experience in the early learning industry. She holds a Diploma of ECEC.
Meetu is a mother to two beautiful twin sons and understands the importance of providing a nurturing, caring and quality learning environment for every child in her centre. She believes that each child is unique and needs best possible start in their early learning years.
At Equip Tarneit she builds strong and valued relationships with the families. She leads a team of educators who are respectful, caring, creative and skilful so they can provide a quality and nurturing environment for the children in their care.
At Equip Tarneit, Meetu’s goal is to provide a fun, engaging, positive and memorable learning experience to children when they are in their early years of their lives.
